Who we are (and aren't)
GTube Merch is a fan-run store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Another Axiom LLC. Gorilla Tag® is a trademark of Another Axiom LLC. Every design we sell is our own original art, inspired by the community, never copied from the game's assets.
Orders and payment
Orders, payment, and fulfillment run through Fourthwall's hosted checkout, and their purchase terms apply when you buy. All prices are in US dollars. A drop or product can sell out or close before you finish checking out; if that happens, you won't be charged.
Made to order
Everything is printed and packed in small batches after you order. Give us about 5–7 days of production time before shipping, then 7–14 days in transit depending on where your troop is based. Timelines are estimates, not promises. Customs fees for international orders are on you.
Returns and busted gear
Because items are made to order, we can't take change-of-mind returns. If your gear arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email orders@gtubemerch.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
Changes
These terms can change as the store grows. The date at the top tells you when they last did. Questions go to orders@gtubemerch.com.
